[ETS2] Low Loader Edit

Edit to the JazzyCat low loader ;

Adjusted wheel slots to sit further in (like real), this also allows you to put alloys,2 tone, full painted etc wheels onto your trailer without it clipping.

The ride height of the trailer has been changed to accommodate the flapbar.

Added a flapbar to the rear.
